Abstract submission is open until February 15th. After the submission deadline, all abstracts will be reviewed, and a selection will be made for oral presentations. Abstracts not accepted for an oral presentation will be placed on a reserve list.
Authors will be notified of the outcome by March 30th. If your abstract is accepted for an oral presentation, please note that you must register and pay the conference fee by April 17th. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your talk, and your slot will be offered to a presenter from the reserve list.
